上述担心不是完全没有道理，不过我还是认为：基础模型研发早就越过了“单打独斗”的年代，重要的是组织、战略和预算的稳定性，而不是个别研发人员。而且，一个团队长期不做大幅调整，未必一定是好事——对于一个健康的组织来说，新陈代谢是早晚的事情，关键看如何有序进行。最重要的是，在大模型发展日新月异、竞争对手也在进步的今天，基础模型团队的地位不能下降、规模不能缩小，要坚定的继续投入下去。从吴泳铭的内部信看，阿里高度重视基础模型研发的意义，强调要加大研发投入、支持基础模型建设，这个态度无疑是正确的。只要能够执行下去，那么我相信，千问大模型后续的发展，应该不会受到实质性影响。
